yes all you need to do is install itunes on your computer in the menu bar press store go to authorise this computer once the computer is authorised you can plug in your device and sync your apps or if you enable automatic downloads anything you get from the app store will download straight to your device and computer

Sign in with your apple id and then you can download anything and then just plug in you iPhone and transfer that app.Assuming you have iOS5 or higher you can enable auto-syncing through iCloud of newly downloaded apps on iTunes on your computer to be downloaded to your iPhone without you having to do anything.

Go to appleid.apple.com on your browser and then click on Manage your Apple ID. Then type in your apple ID email and password. Now you will see a list on the left. Click on Adresses and then edit it accordingly. Voila!!! Your done.
How to create an Apple ID without providing credit card information
There are two ways you can do it.
First method is from your apple device access the store and for your first time registration, select a FREE product from the store. It will now prompt you to create an apple ID and when it will prompt you for credit card information, it will also give you an option for NONE. You will never get this option, if you select a priced product during this ID creation. After the creation of the ID, as long as you download anything free from the stores, it will never prompt you for any credit card information. However, in future if you decide to purchase anything from the store, you will be prompted to enter the credit card details, which they will save associated to your ID. But you can manage your ID and again remove the credit card info associated.
The second method which I recommend is, go to https://appleid.apple.com/in/ (this is for India for example, just google Apple ID and click the first link, it will redirect to your country url). You will get a button saying, create an Apple ID. Use this link to create an Apple ID and you get the option to select NONE on the credit card info.

You can search the apps through the browser https://itunes.apple.com/in/genre/ios/id36?mt=8 but unlike Google Play it will still need the iTunes to be installed on your PC as the link on the broswer will invoke the iTunes in turn.
All iPhone apps have to be installed from the iStore. However, if you want to install from your PC, install iTunes on your PC, connect your iPhone to the PC and let iTunes sense it, then in iTunes go to appstore and install the apps of your choice. It will show the download progress in iTunes and then will automatically sync in iPhone. Apple does not allow and 3rd. party appstore unlike the Android ecosystem.
